The people
The team behind the work.
Vadiy is led by its two principals and supported by a team across estimating, client liaison, and the back office. Clients deal directly with the people responsible for the job.
Principals

Carlos Ramirez
CEO · Veteran · Majority owner
Carlos is a service-disabled U.S. Army veteran who served for nine years. As a sergeant with the 82nd Airborne Division, he led soldiers in training and operations and was responsible for safety, discipline, and accountability.
Carlos has spent fifteen years in New York public infrastructure, including as a managing supervisor. He has led complex operations and directed both in-house and contracted construction. At Vadiy, he directs the company and project management.

Kerwin Vasquez
Field and service operations
Kerwin spent seventeen years in MTA electrical work, including as a foreman. He went on to build and run the service department at a private New York electrical contractor, where he manages service for national retail and telecom accounts, including Verizon, Best Buy, and Home Depot locations across the region.
Kerwin writes the proposals, estimates, and takeoffs himself, and runs the walkthroughs and assessments. At Vadiy, he leads field execution and service operations and remains the principal on the ground.
Principal experience is the principals' career record, not Vadiy contract history.
Team

Dacio Anderson
Client liaison
Dacio is the link between the client and the field. He keeps owners and managers informed while the work runs and closes the loop when it is done.

Abid Jamadar
Estimating support
Abid supports estimating and takeoffs. He prices the materials and labor behind each written scope and keeps the numbers current as the job moves.

Kayla Humphrey
Office administration
Kayla runs the back office: scheduling, paperwork, and the records that keep every job documented from the first scope to the closeout record.
Carlos and Kerwin have known each other since childhood. They built Vadiy after careers in public infrastructure, electrical field work, project management, and service operations. Clients work directly with the people responsible for the company and the job.
