Project management

Vadiy turns the walkthrough into a written scope, plan, schedule, and project record. The same people answer for the job the whole way through.

Field supervision

The field principal assigns the crews and follows the work through completion. Carlos directs the project-management side.

Service and repair

A request comes in. Vadiy's own service team handles the work and records what was completed.

Scheduled maintenance

Vadiy plans each recurring visit and writes down what was done, so the next visit starts with the job history.
